It’s the wrong time of year to be talking about graduations isn’t it?

But following what feels like graduations for two of my clients in consecutive weeks, it’s certainly got me thinking about what it means to graduate and level up…

Both move on from working with me in much stronger positions than they were in when we first started together, having the principles, structure and habits to do without me!

What makes these graduations all the sweeter is that both individuals are in entirely different situations and circumstances to each other, showing that rock-solid principles work for *all* when properly applied.

From all the hype around positive mindsets, you might be forgiven for thinking that tackling imposter syndrome is the be-all and end-all of personal development.

It isn’t.

Not by a long shot.

It’s about living by the *right* values.

It’s about forming the *right* habits.

It’s about using the *right* framework through which to govern your life.

It’s about being challenged in the *right* way.

And, ultimately, it’s about learning to be accountable to yourself without *needing* anyone else to be accountable to.
