Returned Missionary?

As so many RMs have experienced, adapting to life post-mission can be more difficult than adapting to life as a full-time missionary.
Big questions confront RMs as soon as they arrive home: Who am I now the badge has gone? What’s my purpose? In short, what’s next?
Despite the best efforts of mission presidents, church leaders, family and friends to support RMs, it’s clear from my own experience, and my research on the experiences of recently returned missionaries, that RMs lack sufficient guidance and structure to answer these questions in adapting to life post-mission and avoiding some of the pitfalls along the way.
My research on the experiences of recently returned missionaries has taught me that RMs need the following foundations to be set up for success in post-mission life:
Clear vision of the path ahead – that is more holistic and more applicable than My Plan in the post-mission context
A clear structure and framework to pursue their vision for success in each aspect of life
Mentoring from a trusted guide who can help them navigate post-mission life
For the past five years, I’ve been running the 3Stewardships mentoring program, which will give RMs the foundations they need in adapting to life post-mission and pursuing their version of success.

RM Success: Beyond the Badge starts with a webinar to help RMs adapt to life post-mission and create their version of success.
From there, RMs can choose to go deeper with 1:1 or group mentoring for faster, more powerful results.
The webinar is run monthly and costs $25 to attend (or equivalent in alternative currencies).
