Real Clear Values – Summarising an Exceptional Season!

Season 2 of the Real Clear Values Podcast is now complete…

And what a season it was!

For a first season of guest interviews, I couldn’t be happier with the calibre of the guests and the quality of conversations.

Here’s what we covered:

💡 Nell Minow, the queen of good corporate governance, on the value of good governance

💡 James Faulconer, Professor of Philosophy at BYU, on Nietzsche vs. Christianity

💡 Ronald Beiner, Professor of Political Science at Toronto University, on dangerous Nietzsche and the return of the far-right

💡 Shiva Rajgopal, Kester and Byrnes Professor of Accounting at Columbia Business School, on corporate governance and the black box of corporate culture

💡 Benjamin Teitelbaum, Associate Professor of Ethnomusicology and International Affairs at the University of Colorado Boulder and author of “War for Eternity” and “Lions of the North”, on the populist right’s war for eternity

💡 Simon Day MA MPSA, UK & Ireland Public Speaking Champion, on his journey from public speaking zero to hero

💡 Mareo McCracken, Sales Leader and author of “Really Care for Them”, on the value of care in sales

💡 David Woolner, Senior Fellow and Resident Historian of the Roosevelt Institute, Professor of History at Marist College and author of “The 100 Last Days: FDR at War and at Peace”, on the world that FDR fought to create

💡 Monika Stezewska - Kruk, Power Coach on Stanford’s LEAD program, on the virtues of pursuing power

💡 Joe Kwon, The Connection Counsellor and author of “Unlock Your Executive Presence”, on connection, purpose and leadership

💡 Brian J. Grim, President of the Religious Freedom and Business Foundation, on the value of faith and religion

💡 Massoud Hossaini, Pulitzer Prize winning Photojournalist, on the fall and future of Afghanistan

What a roster!

(Just typing it out made me smile... 😁)

All of the above constituted some of the best conversations I had in 2021 – packed full of insight on values, and the value of values, from a range of perspectives.

So, if you haven’t already listened to the above episodes, tune in and enjoy!

But there’s more to come…
